WQM Signature Products

Western Quality Meat Signature Products

Signature is our new brand of products representing our highest quality level of both our manufactured and purchased products. Our new Western Quality “Signature” line of products has been launched in conjunction with our new Signature program.

All products qualifying for the “Signature” brand designation is of premium quality, hand selected and approved by our in house trained chefs (various sales representatives are qualified chefs), our external customer chefs or qualified individuals. Products are tested against well known industry brands. Signature products are either unique to Western Quality, equal or better than other premium brands, made with premium ingredients or a combination of the above.

We encourage our staff and our customers to use their personal expertise and recipes to develop appropriate products that qualify for a “Signature” designation.

There are many discerning chefs in the industry including many of our customers that want to be assured they are receiving the best products available. Western Quality “Signature” will be our assurance to our customers that they are getting premium products on a consistent basis.
